2. General

Protecting your personal data is important to us. This website is a static information page. We process personal data only to the extent technically necessary to provide the site, or when you actively contact us.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by an external provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, the host automatically collects information that your browser transmits for technical reasons (server log files), in particular:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • requested file / URL
  • amount of data transferred
  • browser type and version, and operating system
  • referrer URL

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated above.

4. Cookies, tracking, third-party services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no third-party content. In particular, the fonts used (Inter) are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, message content) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to the request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or, where a contract is involved, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Under the GDPR you have, among others, the following rights:

  • access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To exercise your rights, a message to the email address above is sufficient.
